Casahl Technology, Inc. has announced ecKnowledge for FileMaker Pro 5, an ASP-hostable e-business solution that lets enterprise users of FileMaker Pro incorporate back-end data from other enterprise applications over the Internet.

Casahl ecKnowledge for FileMaker Pro 5 helps users interact with enterprise applications within their company and with their business partners. With a graphical application environment and scalable server architecture, ecKnowledge automates information exchange among e-business partners and the flow of data between many key applications (DBMS's, ERP's, legacy applications, Web portals, groupware applications, directories, and desktop applications).

ecKnowledge has the advantage of being able to integrate data from companies’ and business partners' DBMSs, ERPs, and legacy applications, says Dr. Harry Wong, president of Casahl Technology Inc. In addition, Casahl Technology will participate in the FileMaker Developer Conference, Palm Desert, California, August 27-30, 2000, and will demonstrate ecKnowledge for FileMaker Pro 5 at the conference.
